Minich Oilfield Services is committed to employee safety and the protection of our environment. Our priority is the prevention of accidents and/or injury to all our employees and those that work closely with us.

 

Safety is the responsibility of each and every employee of Minich, as well as any person present at our worksite.

 

We are sincerely interested in the health and safety of our employees. We believe that our workers are our most important asset. Accident prevention is an essential component of maintaining a safe and efficient operation. We are committed to providing all resources necessary to fulfill this duty.

 

Environment

Minich Oilfield Services is committed to protecting the environment in which we live and work.

 

Our daily tasks will be performed in such a manner as to protect all elements that may be affected by our presence including humans, animals, plant life, air, water and soil. By doing so, we are preserving the environment for generations to come. With a constant dedication for improvement, the manner in which we preform our work will set precedent for future generations.

 

Management will develop and enforce good environmental standards in accordance with environmental legislation.

Personnel will be kept informed on how to perform their tasks in such a manner as to cause minimal environmental harm and waste of materials. All personnel are expected to do their best to prevent harm to the environment.

Training

Minich Oilfield Services maintain a Certificate of Recognition from the Alberta Construction Safety Association. We are also an accredited member of Partnership for Injury Reduction Program (PIR). Training our employees is a big part of keeping them safe. Some examples of courses our employees have include.
